Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Random Screening

My ex has just recently come into the kids lives. After being incarcerated for approx 10 years for drug related crimes he wants to pick up with the kids where he left off, except that he rewrote the past. According to the divorce decree, I am the sole custodial parent. Would I do better to take him to court for child support (4 children, under the age of 18) or wait for him. And, is it possible for the visitation order to allow for random drug testing at his cost, and if he tests dirty to not allow visitation? Am I also allowed to request in the order that he provides medical and dental coverage for the kids?

Please advise

Thanks

Re: Random Screening

It seems to me that you can have supervised visitation with random drug testing. This requires a court order. Please call for an appointment.
