Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I receive 20% of my exhusband's income for child support, including bonuses, and income tax returns. Unbeknownst to me, the company he works for had been giving him stock in the company, not bought by him. This company company was recently bought out by another company, which did not want is employees as shareholders. So the current company paid him $31,000 for his share of the stock. Is this considered income that I am entitled to a 20% share of, as well?

If your case is in Will County, then pursuant to the local rules, and the specifics of your divorce decree, you may have a case.
