Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I received a copy of the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage from my wife's attorney. The document states that our marriage was registered in a different town and county. Does that make a difference? Could I delay things because of this error?

No. I don't think that gives you valid grounds for delay.
