Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

recently my daughter who is 16 decided to stay 2 days a week with her father, where as before it was everyother weekend, now he no longer wants to pay child support, and i still support her financially, i need help in knowing what to do, he does not pay the 20% the law in illinois requires anyway

unless and until a court orders a change, he has to pay. If she is living with him 50% of the time now, he may be entitled to a decrease, but a judge has to order it.
