Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I'm recently divorced & my ex is making my relationship with my daughter complete Hell. I want to sing over my rights but I can't afford a lawyer & my head & heart can't take this anymore. Can u plz help me

There are legal clinics that may take your case; if you belong to a church you can see if they have some kind of outreach help. You do have a right to go to court on your own and get the court to enforce your decree if your ex is violating your rights. Most attorney do not recommend your doing this alone because things can get very complex and difficult, but if you are truly without economic support for this a judge may be more lenient, but no guarantees.
