Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I recently lost my job and am now collecting unemployment. I was ordered to pay 20% of my at the time NET income ($39,400) which amounted to $657.00 per month. Now that I am unemployed (unemployment Gross $385 per week), how much am I required to pay?

You are still required to pay $657 per month as that is the last court order. You are able to petition the court for a downward modification based on you present income, but you are responsible for the larger amount until the court approves the modification.
