Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
I recently was sent a request from my ex-husbands attorney requesting past three years income in the attempt to gain child support for our daughter that recently went to live with him. Along with the request to produce they also sent a Standard Matrimonial Interrogatories Under Supreme Court Rule 213? Am I required to give them my W2's for the past three years that my daughter lived with me or should I wait for a Judge to make a ruling on this?

You have to provide them.

Technically, if there is nothing pending, you do not have to provide it, but you will at some point. You have a duty to pay child support for your daughter. Just like he did when she was in your custody.
