Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am a registered sex offender who is trying to get visitation with my daughter and the Judge has said that I need to prove that I have already had a sex offender evaluation done. This test was done as a condition af the pre-trail. I have asked for the test results from faciliator who performed the test and also from the attorney who handled the criminal case, both have told me that I need a court order to obtain the test results. My question is this : Who do I need to sue in order to get sex offender evaluation test results that have already been performed ? Is this something that I can sue as a poor person ?

The Judge asked for proof that the evaluation had been done not what the test results were. Get a statement from the faciliator who performed the test. That should be sufficient. I am assuming that you were not charged with molesting your own daughter.
