Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Was in a relationship with domestic abuse, have a baby with the my ex.

There are court dates he has to go but in the meantime he wants to keep the baby for overnight on the weekend? What are my rights to decline his request?

Unless there is a court order for visitation/custody in Dad's favor he is not legally entitled to any time.
