relinquishment

Can we file a motion that is agreed upon by both parents to let father relinquish his rights?

Hello. The relinquishment of parental rights is

such a serious step, I predict that the judge

will order dad to appear with a lawyer, before

entering an agreed order of that nature. He gets

out of paying child support. That will be a

concern of the court for sure. Will be happy to
