can i reopen my divorce case in az.

I was divorced in 1994 in Waukegan, Ill. my husband had his own business and was able to hide a lot of assets. Since then I have found out about these and would like to know if I can reopen my case in Az. He also was in the process of opening another business in Az. of which he did not claim and hid. Would my divorce decree be invalid if I had evidence that he lied about his earnings or assets. We both now have residences in az.

You can always revisit alimony issues. Showing he lied will obviously be recognized by the court.
