Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

How can I report and get legal assistance against my husband's divorce attorney who went to Court while my husband was out of town and made a 10 page statement to the court stating and making false allegations of child abuse of me to my minor child. And this attorney continues to this. Husband died July 2011 but this attorney is now testifying in probate court to a probate judge with these false allegations, none of which are true and she has no evidence. But the judge blindly believes this attorney because she is an attorney. But with her lies and false testimony she is keeping me away from my minor child. What can I do? I live in Cook County I have been fighting this thing for over 8 months but this attorney just keeps at it with the same lies over and over. I had everything dismissed but she simply has influence. I have not seen my child since my husband's death in July 2011; I am asking for advice and assistance on where do I go for help to get my daughter back to me. I teach and have a lovely home but this attorney never stops with false accusations. i have very little money left after trying to fight this attorney. Where can I go for legal help? What can I do? my daughter is 12

If you have a problem with an attorney, you can file a complaint to the disciplinary commission in the state where the attorney is licensed.

You can check with your state bar association for pro bono and reduced fee legal services.

This is not legal advice and I am not your lawyer.
