does I report to police about the step father stopped me to visiting my boy?

A step father has no legal right to stop your court ordered visitation, if you in fact have an order. It is a crime to do so. you have the right to place charges against him, but be aware of the road you are going down. It may be better to file a motion in court asking that Mom be held in contempt for denying your visitation.
