Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am representing myself in court and my ex-husband has filed for full custody, we have joint custody at this time. I need a good opening statement and need to know what to include to prove I am a fit parent. I do not drink, I do not smoke, I have re-married and therefore I am not in and out of relationships. You ask an impossible question. Talk from the heart. Your ex is charging you will doing or not doing something. Even if true , do the allegations rise to the level where a change in custody is appropriate. If untrue, say they are untrue. Tell your story. That is what the court wants to hear.
