Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am representing a pro se case in a child custody case, and the judge actually laughs at me. How do I enter my evidence, and get taken seriously. Civil rights have been violated, discrimination, etc. The Governor will not respond, the senate will not respond-HELP! Type your question here...

What do you mean by the phrase "I am representing a pro se case . . ."? In legal matters the language that we use is particularly important, and if you use the language improperly you have very little chance of being taken seriously. Three words are all you need to know: "Hire an attorney!"
