Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Is there anyway i can request a psychological evaluation for the father of my kids... in order to prove that hes mental capacity is not enough to take care of them or to be with them by himself on visitations? Hes mental age is different than chronological as he was in special need class. Im afraid of leaving the kids with him. Got married to him when 15 and divorced later. Thank you
