Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am a resident of Illinois and my spouse is currently incarcerated in Mississippi. We have been separated for the past 14 years and I would like to know can I get an uncontested divorce and if so must I file in Illionis or Mississippi. We have three children together all born before we were legally married, ages 18, 17, and 16.
