Resident of Illinois from Texas wants divorce and move back home to Texas?

I am from Texas and want to move home. I have two children and may be getting a divorce. Will I be prevented from moving back to my home state?

If your husband doesn't agree to letting the child go to Texas with you, you will need permission from the court to go to Texas and to do that you have to prove how the move will benefit the child.
