Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
Residential Custodian
I am the residential custodian for my 2 kids. I live 40 minutes away from their dad. He gets the kids 2 nights a week until 8:00pm. Do I have to go pick them up or does he have to bring them to me? Our decree does not state any meeting place or address this specifically.

There isn't a default answer in the law. I'd suggest you guys split the responsibility. Without knowing more, I'd guess that's what a court would do.
