Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

i am residential parent and we have joint custody of our son,,it states in the order that "each parent is restrained from removing the child from the State of Illinois without the written consent of the other parent or further Order of Court" does that mean i cant even take him on vacation without his say so,or just that i cant actually "move"?

Removing is a legal term of art that refers to you permanently moving from the state.
