Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Thank you for responding. My ex lives out of state and didn't show up for divorce. What happens if he doesn't show up for this? What are his consequences?

If he did not show up for the divorce,what is "this?" If he doesn't show up you may get everything you want.
