can a responent motion to stop a current child support order useing a home dna test after he had signed a voluntary acknowledgment of paternity

He can try to allege that there was fraud or mistake when signing the Voluntary Acknowledgement, but it is unlikely that the judge will accept the home DNA. However, Judge may order DNA done.
