Restraining Order

I have accessed my husbands bank account, as he gave me the password on a prior date (the account is not in my name) without his knowledge. Hence, I found out about his affair. He says hes going to get a restraining order to keep me out of his account(s). I have no intention of looking in his accounts again, and never took money, etc. (just looked). Does this warrant a restraining Order? Please advice
