Rights of the Biological Father

I am pregnant with my ex's baby. I have a new b/f and he wants to be the father, but my ex refuses to go away. If my b/f signs the birth cert. will my ex have any rights to the child?

Yes. A simple Petition for Paternity will establish your ex as the father. You may have serious legal problems if you take the action that you posted, including the possible loss of custody.
