rights to a child
in order for me to sign over my rights and my ex-wifes new husband to adopt the child ...what do i need to do...what are the steps i need to take to get to that point.....i am currently in afghanistan with the us army an i dont have enough money for a lawyer so i need as much info as you can possibly dish out...cause i am going at this on my own so i need something to work with...i mean my current wife is helping out as much as she can but we need help desperately....thanks for you time

If your exwife wants her new husband to adopt your child and you are agreeable, your ex should be able to send you a consent form for you to sign to terminate your parental rights.
