do I have any rights?

I have been living with my boyfreind of 8 years we have 2 children together 7 and 2, since being together we rehab a house that is only in his name. This house wasnt purchased till after we were living together. I have put money into house but have no doc. to prove it. Do I have and rights being we have been together since purchase and live in it now. Also how is child support based, and does that include private school expenses or would that be added to support.

You need to talk to a local lawyer. You may be able to recover some money on a partnership basis as far as the house in concerned.

Child support is based on his net income 28% for 2 children.
