rights as "other woman"

I'm involved with a married man since 1985 and have two children and a house with him. I want to know what rights myself and my children have since his wife has filed for divorce from him. Yes the house is tenants in common and he does work and have a pension plan.

You have the rights to file a paternity action and to get child support for your two children. I do not know how you got a house with him without his wife waiving her homestead rights. She has a right to some of the marital portion of your home which would be part of 1/2.
