rules for ex offenders living with children

is it illegal for my fiance of 3 years to live with myself and my 3 year old son? We have pushed our wedding date 3 times b/c we can not find anything saying weather or not he can live with us. Please help me. My son has only known my fiance as his dad it would be ashame to break this family up.

Why would it be illegal to live with you and your fiance? I suspect there is more to this question. If you agreed in a separate court matter (i.e. Divorce, custody etc), not to live with other men unless you were married, that is a civil matter. There is no criminal laws regarding what you are concerned about. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
