Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have run out of money and going to have to file my appearance pro se. My lawyer has done everything up to this point. I found the appearance form but in the pro se section it asked for the respondents signature. I am the petitioner.

Do still sign there or is there another form I should fill out?

Every county has different forms/ Cross out the word Respondent and write Petitioner
