Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
school
We currently pay $1200 in child support a month. My husband's ex has sole custody from my husband having a not so good lawyer during their divorce case. We have a 10 month old child of our own. The MSA states that we must pay 60% of the childs daycare and extracurricular activities, which we do. There is nothing stated about school. He is now enrolled in school and the mother has come to collect. Do we have any further obligation to pay any portion of the school bill. She is claming we are not paying what we are responsible for.

Re: school
If the child support agreement does not mention school payments then you should not be responsible for those expenses.
