how can i get my school transfer without my moms permission im going to live with my godmother because my mother beats me and she kicked me out im 14 and also she lie to the cops she didn't believe my moms bf touch me so i told someone i trust which is my godmother she been wanting to adopt me i love her so much my dad lives in Texas so he cant really do nothing please help me

You need to be careful because you could wind up in foster care with these kinds of accusations. Your godmother might be able to take you in under an arrangement called a "relative placement" where she can get some money to help raise you, but you will have to work with your godmother to see if she's willing and able to do this; she would have to be licensed by DCFS and your mom may have to be found guilty of abuse and neglect. If she's not willing to work with you and the situation is intolerable, you can go to your school nurse or principal and they could contact DCFS on your behalf. When you turn 16 here in Illinois you can seek to be "emancipated" which means you are on your own -- COMPLETELY but you'd need your godmother as a voluntary sponsor.
