Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

How can I seek legal recourse when Divorce by publication was Finalized 5 months ago. But I was served divorce papers again by my estranged husband ? And how can I seek my granted maintence that was granted in my divorce judgment ?

If it was a Divorce by Publication was finalized as you state, no maintenance could have been awarded , as the court did not have personal jurisdiction over your estranged husband. If he has appeared, the court now has jurisdiction over him, so you can now seek support.
