Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
Do I have to send a letter explaining why I will not give information to a Request to Produce, Standard Matrimonial Interrogatories Under Supreme Court Rule 213 within the 28 days of a request from an attorney or do I just wait for a court date to be set?

Check your county's local rules - generally you must motion up a formal objection and state the grounds. Better yet, get a lawyer before this spirals out of control.
