separation

I have been separated for 10 years.Not divorced. My husband is now retiring without medical insurance. Would I be responsible for his bills if he has medical issues?

Might be. If you are separated for 10 years, and unlikely to get back together, there are many, many reasons to get a divorce and financially protect yourself. Medical costs being only one of them. After 10 years, the divorce would be pretty straightforward. Let me know if you have more questions.
