Seperation

In a seperation, when one person moves out, are there legal recourses that the one that moves out can use against the other, ie, which vehicle they retain, and can the person remaining in the home, change the locks, not allowing the other to return unannounced?

If you are married file for divorce and ask for exclusive possession of the house. You can change the locks but without legal papers giving you the house, he can hire a locksmith. The vehicles are all part of the property settlement so you need to file.
