Serving papers while in iraq?

I am currently stationed in Iraq and was wondering if i could serve my wife divorce papers while out here. My unit is telling me that she has to serve me the papers but i know thats not right due to the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act. Who would i go about this?

I don't see why you couldn't have your wife served. You will want to find yourself an attorney in the state your wife is in to represent you.
