Is there any type of procedure
or way,thatsomeone like my mom-law and ex-husband to be
was supposed to behave when they secretly had me sign all rights away to the marital home?

Hello. In my opinion you are a victim
of fraud. What was done against you
by your mother-in-law and soon to be ex-husband was illegal. This can be
reversed, but it will take a court order from the Chancery Court to do so. You need a lawyer, if you do not have one. This is a very complicated and serious matter. Keep all papers from the deal, if you have them. If not, it will be necessary to check the records of your county recorder to see what if anything has been recorded.
