signature required for childrens passport
I live in illinois and my ex order an emergency hearing for my signature on the childrens passport! Do I have to sign them or what will happen if i miss the court date?

If you miss the court date, you will be ordered to sign the passports and your ex will then have to proceed with enforcing the order. If you appear the judge would likely have you sign for their passports right there, unless you give a good reason for them to not have passports.
