signed birth crt., but not biological father
i got together with a girl who waspregant, but with someone else's baby. He wasn't around so I came along. i signed the birth certificate knowing the baby wasn't mine. now six years later this girl is sueing me for child support on that child. does she have a case? and if she does what are my options?

By signing the birth certificate you acknowledged the child was yours. You admitted paternity. It would be difficult to reverse that, but it can be done with DNA evidence. Please call for an appointment.
