Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex signed in divorce that there are no children in the marrage but he signed my sons birth cirtificate when he was born can I take him off the birth cirtificate?

If he signed a VAP, then a fraud was committed on the divorce court. He should be paying child support
