Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

After i signed divorce papers i found out my wife did not disclose that she had taken approximately 40,000.00 out of the equity in our home. Now she wants half the furniture which we agreed upon. Do I have to give it to her? Can I open the divorce back up because she lied about what I was actually getting since my agreement was based on having equity in my home?

How could you not realized she had taken $40K out. You have to give her the furniture. you can try to reopen the divorce, but a court may have a hard time accepting the fact that you had not had the opportunity to discover about that $40K prior to the entry of the judgment.
