singel parent lookin for an answer
i have 2 children 8 and 6 with the same father. the father has never seen the 6 year old. we spit up and he slep with a minor. he went to prison for 5 years and hes out now. hes on house arest for 2 years. im scared hes gunna request visatation when we go to court. there are 20 other sex afenders in the area that he lives in. what can i do to keep him from gettin visatation off the kids?

You can bring everything you just mentioned to the attention of the judge.
It is very hard to completely deny visitation to a parent. Even though your husband is a sex offender, he can argue that he never harmed your children.
One approach might be to wait for his request, and then if the agrees to allow visitation you can request court supervision to make sure someone keeps an eye on the your children's well-being.
