sister is getting a divorce and wants husband out of the house
My sister is getting a divorce and would like her husband to movie out. They have been separated(but not legally for 5 months) if she were to change the locks on the house and put his stuff outside does he have the right to call the cops in will county?

He absolutely does. Would you like it if he did the same thing to your sister? I try to advise people to use common curtesy and respect. A divorce does not have to be a war. Both parties have a right to live in their home. If your sister illegally kicks him out, she will likely get arrested, and certainly will lose a civil case if he files one. Also, the divorce judge will get very angry. Anyone who kicks another person out of the joint house because they don't like them anymore is a . . . well you know.
