Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My sister gave me short term guardianship of her children for a year because she is unable to care for them. but because we had a disagreement she want the children back. what should I do?

Give her back her children. You cannot win this argument - at least not on the facts that you have provided and short of her attempting to kill the children. If you have genuine concerns about the welfare of the children and are not just being vindictive, you should contact DCFS and present your case to them.
