Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My sister and I shared Power of Medical Authority for my Dad but I gave it up because of constant disagreements. Now she is threatening to keep me from visiting my Dad. Can she do that?

Yes, but she needs to do so in good faith. Otherwise, you can go into court and seek a guardianship.
