Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
I'm in a situation where my disabled husband has took full control over the finances and he is not paying the bills buying groceries or providing for the family. I feel he is not able to handle this large of a task as his inconsistency and irresponsibility is showing that. How can I legally get control back over the banking to make sure our utilities are not shut off and we have food on the table?

You may have to file a petition to have him declared incompetent.
