Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Hi I have a situation. I have a family that consist of 3 children that resides with me. I had an affair in 2014 and it resulted into a child. The mother wants to put me on child support. Will my other three children be accounted for in the determination of the set child support amount?

The other three will only be considered if there is a support order that you are paying. Otherwise they will be disregarded
