Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am on social security disability. I am seperated and my husband, we were married in 1975 and seperated in 2001, he will not help me with any financial assistance We both live in Illinois and have a house in Wisconsin that was purchased in 1991 which he told the bank that he was single, so my name is not on the deed. I moved out due to an illness in 2008 and shortly after that, he was released from prison and changed the locks on the house and rented out both sides (its a duplex). I have been unsuccessful getting legal assisatance, a private attorney will not help me as I have no funds to pay an attorney.I have been from couch to couch, as I have no permanent address. How can I file for a divorce and an emergency motion to obtain my portion of the rental income and maintenance from him? He has an attorney and has the funds to pay his attorney. He has a job, a free place to live, etc. I am very afraid of him, we have very little contact with one another. Please give me some direction. Thank you.
