Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have sole custody of my daughter my ex has visitation rights but only sees her when it is easy for him he will go months promises her one thing and does another is there anything i can do is that child neglect she hurts really bad and is afraid to ask him to get her she is afraid he will get mad or not get her longer

A court can not make a good parent. It can not force someone to visit, if he or she odes not want to. To force the issue, you could seek to terminate visitation, but it may go nowhere. It may get ex to understand more.
