Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
Sole Custody
What are grounds for me getting sole custody? The father does not have a drivers license due to multiple DUI's. He is an alcoholic and has a party going on at his house at all times.

Re: Sole Custody
Sole residential custody is easy to get. Most courts do not like to prevent all contact between a father and his child unless there are extreme circumstances. I would need to better understand exactly what you want when you say "sole custody".
Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss further.
